North Oxford renovation and redecoration of four-bed property and project manage:

BRIEF: to breathe new life into this tired four-bed property that hadn’t been touched for over 10 years within a very short time frame and reasonable budget.

Precise planning and preparation was key to turning this big project around in three weeks. Works included knocking down walls, putting in steels, repairing all wood architraves, skirtings, bannisters, floorboards and on the ground floor, repainting and decorating the whole house with new flooring throughout. Tight project management and strategic spending meant a very happy client at the end of this successful project which came in on time and budget.

Brief - To relocate new kitchen, design and install new bathrooms with top to bottom interior design advice throughout the project.

This was a large project that involved working with a sub contractor.on the build and finish. The turnaround time was tight working within a limited budget which we kept to on the interior design side. As this project ran four weeks over on the construction side ByEmmaJaneInteriors arranged all serviced accommodation with no additional fee.

Brief - Complete interior design and refurb including new utility, radiators, furnishings, paint and feature walls to compliment this beautiful home.

This project started with a walk through and mood board to create a vision. What was important on this project was that the client was able to bring their own ideas to the table so we worked closely with them providing tips, guidance and additional ideas along the way to enhance this stunning house

Brief - redecoration, full furniture fit out, converting 2nd bedroom into multifunctional space.

After agreeing on mood boards we turned bedroom 2 into a multi functional space with a foldaway bed, replaced all of the furniture in the apartment and redecorated bringing a fresh and contemporary feeling to the apartment. Budget and timescales achieved.

An exciting project that involved knocking two small bathrooms into one breathtakingly beautiful bathroom with double access within this stunning property. We achieved the WOW factor by choosing indirect lighting, bespoke carpentry, branded products at trade prices with clever hidden boxing for bath taps and attachments behind the bath. Happy clients with a bathroom valued at twice the cost price.
